The house layout is nice. Certainly needs some paint, correcting up in some places and new household furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no grievances about the property. We liked the price of this house and didn’t assume a whole good deal.

The residence is as advertised - nothing fancy into the house but amazing location over the beach. No, the house is not full with the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of room for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't a lot of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or spoil.
Appreciated our stay and loved the beach! The house matched the description as did the pictures. We savored going to the nearby communities on the “Neglected Coast”.
